Paul A. Krasker, Esquire has focused his practice on real estate law in Florida for 32 years. He is a member of the Real Property and Probate Section of the Florida Bar, and regularly advises clients in the purchase of tax lien certificates and applications for tax deed. He participated in the Florida Bar legislative efforts for the most recent revisions to the tax deed statute. As the prior owner of one of the largest independent title companies in Florida, Mr. Krasker has a unique understanding of the needs of distressed property investor clients.

Marshall Osofsky, Esq.
Marshall J. Osofsky, Esquire has been a civil litigator for over 30 years with a focus on commercial litigation. His practice includes a broad experience in real estate law, including lender foreclosures, foreclosure defense, landlord/tenant matters and real estate contract disputes. He has filed and successfully litigated numerous quiet title actions throughout the State of Florida. He also has extensive appellate experience involving real property issues at both the state and federal level, including appearances before the Florida Supreme Court.
